While in the recruiting/staffing industry, I coached, trained, hired and developed agency recruiters and sales staff. I managed the strategic development of eager candidates seeking employment, assisted students and adults preparing for a career path, coached the “return to work mom” and guided the forced retiree in their career transition.
Over this tenure, my volunteer work included and has not been limited to Founder/Past President of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Putnam County). I have been an active member of The Mission Church in Holmes, NY as a Facilitator with Breaking Free Ministry and also as a Teacher in the Children’s Ministry.
In addition, I have 20+ years of working with women in recovery from substance abuse and alcoholism.
I host weekly national coaching calls, as well as facilitate quarterly workshops on Personal Development, Self-Esteem and Empowerment. Some of the motivational topics I cover during my weekly calls include Self-Discipline, Self-Development, Setting/Keeping Goals, Leadership, The Excuse Party is Over, Adapting to Change, Turning Fear into Power, Are You Coachable? and Power of Decision and Commitment.
Addictions are not limited to alcohol and substance abuse. I work closely with women who have found themselves powerless over shopping, sex, gambling, the internet, food and other unhealthy behavior. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, let me help you. I know…I’ve been there.
